Please keep in mind that this home is in a secluded area. For those looking to escape the hustle and bustle, this is a great location. However, you can expect a 10–15 minute drive to the closest full grocery store. Feel free to reach out with any questions regarding travel time to nearby attractions and activities.

We would also like to make you aware that this is a newer subdivision, so you may notice some construction nearby. We do not anticipate this impacting your stay, but want to remain fully transparent.

Downstairs, a second living area offers additional seating, entertainment, and easy access to games and activities, making it ideal for movie nights or friendly competition.

Step outside to enjoy everything lake life has to offer. With beach access just steps away, guests can swim, kayak, or simply relax by the water. The outdoor space also features a fire pit, grill, and seating areas perfect for evening gatherings and enjoying sunsets over the lake.

House Rules
-We are located in a friendly and welcoming community and, although this may be your vacation time, it's home to other people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence. Specifically, between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM noise should be kept to a minimum.
-Please understand that there is NO lifeguard on duty while swimming.
-This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping in the home. There will be a $250 fine if additional cleaning services are needed.
-We love animals but this home is pet-free due to allergies. Service animals must be disclosed. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 cleaning charge.
-We understand that sometimes accidents happen. Please notify us immediately if anything is damaged during your stay.
-Should it be observed that there are additional guests above and beyond the listed limit for the home, guest will be charged an additional $50 per guest above the limit.

-PLEASE NOTE: A $250 SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD WILL BE PLACED FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY ON YOUR CREDIT CARD USED FOR BOOKING. BY CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION, YOU AGREE TO THIS HOLD.
-ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN S1NERGY STAYS’ RENTAL CONTRACT PRIOR TO THEIR RESERVATION. YOU MUST SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE ALL CHECK-IN INFORMATION.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
