Please be aware that there is a security camera located at the front entrance. This camera uses both video and audio recording.
Please note there is a Minut noise awareness device located above the stairwell.
Please note that guests will NOT have access to the locked storage room.
Access to the pier requires a short walk and is not directly behind the property.
Launching the kayaks requires use of the provided kayak carts to transport them to the pier and may require more than one person for assistance.

House Rules

We are located in a friendly and welcoming community and, although this may be your vacation time, it's home to other people. As such, we ask that you respect their privacy and right to a peaceful environment. Specifically, between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM, noise should be kept to a minimum.
Please understand that there is NO lifeguard on duty while swimming.
This is a smoke-free home, including the outdoor areas surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping, is permitted. A $250 fine will be charged if extra cleaning services are required due to smoking.
We love animals, but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many guests having allergies. If your pet is a service animal, please feel free to share documentation. If evidence of a pet is found and extra cleaning services are needed, a $250 charge will be added.
We understand that accidents happen! If something breaks, please let us know immediately. Minor accidents typically will not result in charges, but larger damages may require reimbursement.
Should it be observed that there are additional guests beyond the listed limit for the home, guests will be charged an additional $50 per guest above the limit.
PLEASE NOTE: A $250 SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD WILL BE PLACED, FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY, ON YOUR CREDIT CARD USED FOR THE BOOKING. BY CONFIRMING THE RESERVATION, YOU AGREE TO THIS HOLD BEING PLACED.
ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN S1NERGY STAYS' RENTAL CONTRACT PRIOR TO THEIR RESERVATION. YOU MUST SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE ALL CHECK-IN INFORMATION.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
